Raymond Felton will sign the one-year, $5.5 million qualifying offer from the Charlotte Bobcats, according to multiple sources.
The Bobcats had been discussing a long-term deal with Felton, but neither side was eager to budge from their respective positions.
The qualifying offer allows the Bobcats to match any offer he receives from another team.
