The Warriors have already played guards Monta Ellis and Stephen Curry together, and the rookie enjoyed it.
Ellis famously claimed on Monday that there was no way the pair could be on the floor at the same time.

Monta Ellis does not believe he can share the floor with Stephen Curry.
“Us together? No,” Ellis said. “Can’t. We just can’t. … Just can’t.”

The Warriors met with Monta Ellis recently to assure him that even if they take a point guard in Thursday’s draft, he will go into training camp as the starter.
The talk is that Monta Ellis is unhappy with the direction the organization is heading in, and still holds a bit of grief over the way they held his contract status in limbo for months following his moped injury.

Monta Ellis rejoined the team today and made it a point to communicate that he did not miss any time because of an injured ankle, but rather that he had to visit his ill mother in Jackson, Miss.

The Golden State Warriors appear to be one of the front-runners to land Amare Stoudemire as they want to punch some life into this season, with season-ticket renewals set to go out soon. Obviously, the fastest way to do that is to add a young big player who fills their huge need for scoring in the middle.

NBA Rumors was created by three college grads who played Division III NCAA basketball for Berkeley College. Back then, basketball was our life. A day did not go by without us talking about what was going on in the NBA.
Today, we are all working in our respective industries in Midtown Manhattan. And two years after we graduated, basketball started to fall out of our radar as we started spending more time in the office and less time on the court. Therefore, we created this blog to reunite our passion for the love of NBA and basketball across the world.
We hope that you will enjoy our blog. We are intensively working on our coffee breaks to bring you the best rumors that the NBA has to offer.
Sincerely,
