Another candidate can be added to the already very long list of players that have been implicated, one way or the other with Olympiakos.
This time it is NBA veteran James Posey of New Orleans, that won 2 NBA rings with Miami and Boston in the 2 previous seasons

The Hornets say that center Tyson Chandler and forward James Posey have both had successful surgeries, according to the Associated Press.
Chandler had a procedure on his left ankle to relieve inflammation and another on his left toe, while Posey’s surgery was on his right knee.

On July 18, James Posey was in Los Angeles with his teammates to celebrate the NBA Championship. However, as the day progressed, Posey accepted a 4-year $25 million dollar offer to become a New Orleans Hornet.

The New Orleans Hornets were one of the biggest surprises in the NBA last season. With 56 wins, which is the best record in franchise history, they will be a team to look out for. Also, for the first time in Hornet history, Chris Paul managed to take the team all the way to the Western Conference Semi-Finals where they ultimately lost to the veterans in San Antonio.

Yet another NBA player will travel across the Atlantic to play in Euroleague next season! It has been officially revealed that Jannero Pargo has signed a one year deal with Russian club Dynamo Moscow despite getting several offers from NBA teams. The contract is worth approximately $3.5 million dollars (after taxes have been paid) and one of his new teammates will be former Net, Bostjan Nachbar.

James Posey has officially signed with the New Orleans Hornets to a four year contract worth around $25 million dollars. The Hornets are considered a rising power in the NBA and the only thing that they currently lack for success is experience. Perhaps this that is why they wanted to sign the 2-time champion?
