Sacramento Kings swingman Francisco Garcia will miss at least four months after undergoing surgery on his injured forearm and wrist.
Garcia had surgery Saturday at UC Davis Medical Center to repair a broken bone in his right forearm and ligament damage to his wrist.

Hawks center Al Horford has joined a few fellow NBA players on the Dominican Republic’s national team this summer.
The team, which also features Charlie Villanueva, Francisco Garcia and former NBA player Luis Flores, is being hailed as the “Dominican Dream Team” in their homeland.

The Sacramento Kings have signed Dominican guard Francisco Garcia to a five-year contract extension. The deal was first unveiled by Thursday’s edition of newspaper El Caribe of Dominican Republic.
