Free agent small forward Desmond Mason signed with the Sacramento Kings today.
According to Sam Amick of the Sacramento Bee Mason’s deal will be for one season at the league minimum – $1,187,686 for a player with nine years of experience like Mason.

Desmond Mason met with the Sacramento Kings this week and could sign as soon as Thursday.
Mason took a physical after meeting with Kings officials in Sacramento on Wednesday, a person with knowledge of the meeting told The Associated Press.

Roger Montgomery, the agent for free-agent swingman Desmond Mason, told FanHouse his client visited Denver earlier this week and there is “mutual interest” between the parties in Mason possibly signing with the Nuggets.
