X-Rays have confirmed that Baron Davis did not break his left ring finger in practice last Friday. However, there is a possibility that he could have ruptured a tendon, which would require surgery. If he undergoes surgery, Baron will likely be out between 4 – 6 weeks.

It seems like the flu season (or a symptom thereof) has hit the Los Angeles Clippers early this year.

Marcus Camby is currently sidelined because of a bruised right heel, but missed the beginning of training camp due to flu-like symptoms. Then, Baron Davis started to experience similar symptoms as he slowly walked off the court during practice looking somewhat exhausted.

Baron Davis made a shock move on Monday night when he announced that he was going to opt out of his contract with the Golden State Warriors. Less than 24hrs later, he signed a five year contract with the Los Angeles Clippers worth nearly $65 million.
