The NBA launched a video rulebook Thursday, a site where fans can watch detailed explanations of the league’s rules.
The rulebook is “a place of reference for everyone with respect to how our games are officiated,” Stu Jackson, the NBA’s executive vice president of basketball operations, said.

The site was about 1 1/2 years in the making, according to Jackson, and features approximately 150 plays.
NBA Rumors was created by three college grads who played Division III NCAA basketball for Berkeley College. Back then, basketball was our life. A day did not go by without us talking about what was going on in the NBA.
Today, we are all working in our respective industries in Midtown Manhattan. And two years after we graduated, basketball started to fall out of our radar as we started spending more time in the office and less time on the court. Therefore, we created this blog to reunite our passion for the love of NBA and basketball across the world.
