Antawn Jamison injured his right shoulder while fouling Zydrunas Ilgauskas and was forced to leave Wednesday’s game.
Jamison said his arm went numb and lost sensation in his fingers after suffering the injury.
“It scared me a little bit. It scared me because I didn’t have any feeling,” Jamison said after the game.
Jamison ruled himself out against Atlanta on Monday but said he might try to be available for Philadelphia.
