Allen Iverson in Barcelona
According to a report on CBS Sportsline, Ben Gordon may find his way to Detroit via a sign and trade which would see Allen Iverson become a Chicago Bull.
Discussions between the teams have not reached serious levels, but by signing with Chicago and then being traded to Detroit Ben Gordon could get an extra year and more money.
According to Ken Berger, a person familiar with the situation said the Pistons would flat-out refuse to entertain a sign-and-trade for Gordon unless it provided significant savings. The Bulls, too, may not be eager to do business with Gordon, whose agent did not give the team a chance to match Detroit’s offer.
