Troy Murphy returned from a calf injury in Indiana’s 107-105 win over Chicago on Tuesday night, but the team lost center Jeff Foster. The Pacers do not know how long Foster will be out as a result of the stress reaction in his left foot.

“We’re hoping to have (Foster) for the weekend, but we don’t know,” coach Jim O’Brien said. “It depends on how his foot progresses over the next couple of days. I do not anticipate having him in practice either of the next two days. Hopefully he’s healthy enough to go against San Antonio.”
