When the Warriors faced the Suns last night in Golden State, Stephen Jackson got ejected in the third quarter after receiving his second technical foul in the game. As a result, he will be serving a one-game suspension for surpassing the NBA season limit for technical fouls.

Players are allowed 15 “unsportsmanlike conduct” technicals in a season. Beginning with the 16th, players earn an automatic one-game suspension for every two technicals.

Jackson, who had not received a tech since Feb. 18, now has 16 unsportsmanlike-conduct technicals and 17 overall. He trails only Detroit’s Rasheed Wallace in total T’s this season.

NBA Rumors was created by three college grads who played Division III NCAA basketball for Berkeley College. Back then, basketball was our life. A day did not go by without us talking about what was going on in the NBA.

Today, we are all working in our respective industries in Midtown Manhattan. And two years after we graduated, basketball started to fall out of our radar as we started spending more time in the office and less time on the court.
