Alan Hahn, the blogger behind The Knicks Fix, recently announced that he overheard a blockbuster thee-way trade in the making between Knicks, Warriors, and Clippers.

The deal involves Knicks sending Jamal Crawford, Zach Randolph, and Mardy Collins in exchange for Tim Thomas, Cuttino Mobley and Al Harrington.

For the Knicks, this move is solely motivated by clearing cap-space as all three incoming player’s contracts are expiring in 2010 — the year when LeBron James becomes a free agent.

If the Knicks are making this move to clear cap space for the year of Lebron and those 3 contracts expire in 2010,
who is LBJ going to play with? They also need to sell the idea of having a copetitive team to win now. If not he might as well stay in Cleveland. They should’nt forget about Wade & Bosh.

Wilson Chandler, David Lee, Nate Robinson = The future of Knicks. Btw, if they do trade those 3 players, the Knicks might get good lottery picks too because they will probably finish with horrible records.. so it might work out anyway.

About Us

NBA Rumors was created by three college grads who played Division III NCAA basketball for Berkeley College. Back then, basketball was our life. A day did not go by without us talking about what was going on in the NBA.

Today, we are all working in our respective industries in Midtown Manhattan. And two years after we graduated, basketball started to fall out of our radar as we started spending more time in the office and less time on the court. Therefore, we created this blog to reunite our passion for the love of NBA and basketball across the world.

We hope that you will enjoy our blog. We are intensively working on our coffee breaks to bring you the best rumors that the NBA has to offer.

Sincerely,
