Monta Driving to the Basket
Many people are still wondering how Monta Ellis sustained his major injury that caused him to have surgery on August 27th.
According to sources close to the team, the Warriors have in fact confirmed that Monta did not injure himself while playing pickup basketball in his hometown of Jackson, Mississippi. Although it was confirmed that Monta lied, it was not revealed how he exactly did injure himself.
If Monta was doing an illegal activity that can breach his $66 million contract, than he could face a hefty fine along with a suspension.
