Raptors president and general manager, Bryan Colangelo, mentioned this morning during an interview with FAN 590 that Andrea Bargnani might see some time at the small-forward position this season.
The Raptors acquired Jermaine O’Neal earlier in the summer and if they are going to start him along with Crish Bosh, the only position left for Bargnani to play would be one that is further away from the basket.
Do you think that Bargnani is better suited to play as a small-forward? He definitely resembles a playing style more similar to a young Dirk Nowitzki than any other big man in the league. If the other two big men manage to stay healthy, Bargnani should be able to put up slightly better numbers next season.
