Former Gator and NCAA Champion, Taurean Green is expected to be the latest NBA player going overseas. Green has confirmed that he will sign a one year deal with the Spanish club, CAI Zaragoza. The terms of the deal have not yet been disclosed.

Taurean still wants to be back in the NBA one day, but knows playing overseas is the right step for him to take right now. Spain has become very competitive in the basketball world breeding stars such as: Pau Gasol, Jose Calderon, and young Spanish sensation Ricky Rubio.

Taurean Green was recently sent to the New York Knicks in a trade that included himself and Bobby Jones for swingman Renaldo Balkman. The Knicks subsequently cut Taurean to relieve roster space.

About Us

NBA Rumors was created by three college grads who played Division III NCAA basketball for Berkeley College. Back then, basketball was our life. A day did not go by without us talking about what was going on in the NBA.

Today, we are all working in our respective industries in Midtown Manhattan. And two years after we graduated, basketball started to fall out of our radar as we started spending more time in the office and less time on the court. Therefore, we created this blog to reunite our passion for the love of NBA and basketball across the world.

We hope that you will enjoy our blog. We are intensively working on our coffee breaks to bring you the best rumors that the NBA has to offer.

Sincerely,
