Many speculate that the reasoning behind his decision is that he would like to be offered a multi-year contract starting around $2 million a year. The Suns, on the other hand, do not want to pay him that much just yet. If Goran decides to play for the Suns he will have to be bought out of the remaining years of his contract with Tau Ceramica, which could cost an estimated $500,000.
As we mentioned in the previous post, the Suns would like to make an offer to Jannero Pargo if Dragic does decide to stay in Spain. They also have their eyes set on current free agent, Damon Stoudamire, who played for the San Atonio Spurs last season.
