Remember last summer when Stephon Marbury stated that he wants to play in Europe? Well, he is talking about it again and it looks as if his dream could come true as early as next season. Marbury has been quoted saying that he would love to play in Italy and specifically for Milan.
Ironically enough, the Knicks first round draft pick, Danilo Gallinari, played for Milan’s team. Gallinari is also not the only former Milan affiliate, the Knicks current head coach, Mike D’Antoni, also spent sometime coaching the team.
As for this season though, Marbury would still like to suit up as a Knick and play for his beloved New York.
